Convention Chair Jocelyn Benson

“I’ve traveled the state in the months following the 2010 election, from Hillsdale to Houghton,Muskegon to Midland to Mt. Clemens, speaking to many of you about your ideas and answers about how we can work together to fight for the future of our state.

So I’ve gathered a group of other leaders, current and future, within our party to plan a special gathering in Lansing this November for Democrats around the state to come together and elevate our discussion to the statewide level.”
